Before making an order from a website, check to see if there is a physical address and phone number. Read the ‘about us’ section and pay attention to the return and exchange policy. If a company does not allow a return or nobody picks up the phone, think twice about making an online purchase from such a website. Use a credit to make an online purchase. Credit companies will charge back the merchant if you receive a defective and damaged product.
